Returns
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it—no explanation needed.
After letting us know, you have another 14 days to send the product back.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in original condition
- The item must be returned in its original packaging
How to return
Send us an email at contact@kleps.nl with your order number and we’ll guide you through the process.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and checked your return, we’ll process your refund within 14 days.
- You’ll receive a full refund of the product price
- Including standard shipping costs (if applicable)
- Refunds are made via the original payment method
We may wait with the refund until we’ve received the product or proof that it has been returned.
Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless:
- The item is defective
- We made a mistake with your order
Damaged or incorrect items
Received something damaged or not what you ordered?
Let us know within 7 days via contact@kleps.nl and we’ll fix it (replacement or refund).
Exceptions
Returns may not be accepted for:
- Worn or used items
- Items that are damaged after delivery
- Custom or personalized products
