We keep things simple.
Shipping within the Netherlands
At the moment, we only ship within the Netherlands.
- Orders are processed within [1–3 working days]
- Delivery usually takes [1–2 working days] after shipment
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation (and tracking info if available).
Outside the Netherlands
Not based in the Netherlands but still want to get your hands on KLEPS?
Send us a message at contact@kleps.nl and we’ll see what we can do. No promises—but we’ll try.
Delays
We do our best to deliver everything on time, but sometimes things are out of our control (carriers, holidays, etc.).
If your order is taking longer than expected, feel free to reach out.
Incorrect Address
Please make sure your shipping details are correct.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may charge additional shipping costs to resend it.
