2. Applicability
These Terms & Conditions apply to every offer from KLEPS and to every distance contract concluded between KLEPS and the consumer.
Before the contract is concluded, the text of these Terms & Conditions will be made available to the consumer.
3. The Offer
All offers are non-binding. KLEPS reserves the right to change or withdraw offers.
Product descriptions are as accurate as possible. Obvious mistakes or errors do not bind KLEPS.
Images of products are a true representation, but slight differences (e.g. color) may occur.
4. The Agreement
The agreement is concluded at the moment the consumer accepts the offer and complies with the stated conditions.
KLEPS will confirm the order via email without undue delay.
KLEPS may refuse or cancel orders in case of:
- Incorrect information
- Suspected fraud or abuse
- Payment issues
5. Prices
All prices are in euros (€) and do not include VAT.
KLEPS is exempt from VAT under the Dutch Small Businesses Scheme (KOR). Therefore, no VAT is charged.
KLEPS reserves the right to change prices, but price changes will not affect orders already placed.
Prices exclude shipping costs unless stated otherwise.

6. Payment
Payment must be made using the payment methods offered at checkout.
The order will only be processed after full payment has been received.
If a payment fails or is reversed, KLEPS may cancel the order.
7. Delivery and Execution
KLEPS will process orders with due care.
Delivery will take place at the address provided by the customer.
Estimated delivery times are indicative and not legally binding.
If a product is unavailable, KLEPS will inform the customer and offer a refund or alternative.
The risk of damage or loss passes to the consumer upon delivery.
8. Right of Withdrawal (Herroepingsrecht)
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day the consumer (or a third party designated by the consumer) receives the product.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must inform KLEPS via email or another clear statement.
9. Obligations During the Withdrawal Period
During the withdrawal period, the consumer shall handle the product and packaging with care.
The consumer is only liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product.
10. Exercise of the Right of Withdrawal and Costs
If the consumer exercises the right of withdrawal:
- The product must be returned within 14 days after notification
- Return shipping costs are borne by the consumer
KLEPS will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days after being informed of the withdrawal.
KLEPS may withhold the refund until the product has been received or proof of return has been provided.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method.
11. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal may be excluded for products:
- Made to the consumer’s specifications (custom-made)
- Clearly personalized
- That cannot be returned for hygiene reasons if unsealed
12. Conformity and Warranty
KLEPS guarantees that products comply with the agreement, the specifications stated, and reasonable standards of quality.
If a product is defective or does not meet expectations, the consumer must notify KLEPS within a reasonable time.
Consumers are entitled to repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with applicable law.
13. Complaints Procedure
Complaints must be submitted via email within a reasonable time after discovery.
KLEPS will respond within 14 days.
If a complaint cannot be resolved, a dispute may arise that is subject to the dispute resolution procedure.
14. Liability
KLEPS is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question, unless otherwise required by law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.
15. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights relating to the website and products remain with KLEPS.
It is not permitted to copy, distribute, or use content without prior written consent.
16. Privacy and Data Protection
KLEPS processes personal data in accordance with applicable laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

17. Disputes and Governing Law
All agreements are governed by Dutch law.
Disputes may be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.

18. Additional or Deviating Provisions
Additional provisions or deviations from these Terms & Conditions may not be to the detriment of the consumer and must be recorded in writing.
